Apply within one month
If you want to keep your earned membership time, you need to apply for membership within one month after your previous membership ended. For example, if your membership ended on September 30, you must submit your application no later than October 31

Have we ended your membership?
If your membership was cancelled by us due to three months of missed payments, you still have the opportunity to resume it. To do so, you must submit your application no later than the month after your membership ended.
